Baby Boy Les Kendrick was born on August 9, 2024 in Warner Robins Georgia at Houston Medical Center, to the parents of Laronnda & Larry Kendrick, Jr. He arrived as a bundle of joy and great anticipation.
Many great plans hopes and dreams was well on the way for little Les. All parents always have big plans for the baby to be. Sometimes they fast forward to head-start, kindergarten. Some even have imagined little outfits, first birthday party, first vacation. The hopes and dreams of a child is filled with possibilities.
Little Les made a detour for a land more fairer and beautiful than this one called earth. On his way here he saw many signs that lead to many places but after seeing a glimpse of his choices he choose the place where the man sat on the throne. Les ponder if taking this detour would be a good choice he said if I take this detour I will be missed by my mommy & daddy and big sisters and oh grandma and them too. He said they will be fine and I will too. So he traded this earthly home for his heavenly home.
I know you all will miss me he said, but let me go God got me now. Mommy I knew your hands would be warm and cozy. Dad I knew your hands would big and strong but I’m in the hands of Jesus and He wanted and needed me now, but I promise to meet you in the sky.
Gone but never forgotten, forever in our hearts: Parents Laronnda Kendrick & Larry Kendrick, Jr. sisters Kylar Stubbs, Zora Kendrick, maternal grandmother & grandfather Maxine Lockett Stubbs, Ronnie Stubbs, Paternal grandmother & grandfather Patricia Bunkley Kendrick, The Late Larry Kendrick, Sr. Great Grandparents: the late Gus William Stubbs, the late Barabra Ann Stubbs Hammond & James Hammond, and the late Ruby Lee Lockett, Helen Riley Kemp, the late Horace Kendrick, the late Elizabeth’s & the late Johnny Bunkley and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends who would have loved nurtured and cared for Little Les.
