Ella Mae Byrd

Funeral services for Mrs. Ella Mae Green Byrd age 92 will be held on Thursday at 11am at New Wine Worship Center in Perry, Ga. with burial to follow in Valdosta, Ga, at Antioch Cemetery.
No public viewing at the request of the family. All viewing will take place at the church. She was born in Valdosta Georgia, she lived her formative years in Hartford, Connecticut Ms. Ella was a retired assembly technician for Pratt-Whitley. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn (Amos) Lawrence of Reynolds, Georgia, Son Calvin Byrd, Jr. sisters Angie Morris, Emily Canady, Eula Copeland,  Marion (James) Bailey, a brother Tyrone Green, seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
