HOUSE of TOWNS Mortuary Announces Graveside services for Mr. George C Chatman on Saturday January 16, 2021 at 2pm at Essie McDougald Cemetery. Public visitation on Friday January 15, 2021 from 12noon to 6pm. "Spunk" as he was affectionately called was kind & respectable. He was a professional transport specialist truck driver for a logging company. He found joy in fishing & watching westerns. He is survived by 5 children JoAnn Green, Stacey Chatman, Christine Law, George Chatman, Adrain Chatman. Sisters Emma Jean Chatman, Nettie Character, Mary Helen Dixon, Brothers Johnny B. Chatman, Johnny H. Chatman, Freddie Chatman 19 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
