Juanita Worthy Bland was born on February 19, 1947 in Roberta, Crawford County Georgia to the parents of Journey Roger Worthy and Cora Lee Raines Worthy.
As little Juanita was an inquisitive child was eager to learn try new things. She grew up and attended the public Schools of Crawford County. At an early age she confessed her love for Jesus Christ as she served out her faith and conviction at Salem Baptist Church with her family. She served in many areas of service it was not uncommon to she her assist the ushers or serve someone a meal with hospitality ministry. Juanita was an all around beautiful spirit if she could spread some joy or laughter she did.
Juanita was an industrial woman was always ready for the challenges of life. She was hard worker and was devoted to whatever she put her hands to do. Juanita was one born with a caring nature. Always will help any one n need. Her friendly and lovely demeanor always reached home with the people who knew and loved her. Juanita was caregiving from instinct. She became a Certified Nurses Assistant and work in the field of health care services by providing home health care services.
Juanita transitioned peaceful from all her earthly trials on Sunday evening February 9, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She is survived by Terry (Rosa) Raines, Anthony (Jessica) Raines, Jacqueline (Milton) Little, Cryshenda Worthy, Marsha Worthy, Sisters: Louise Colbert, Shelia (Rev. M.S.) Goggins Brother: Gentle Worthy, Brother-in-law William Blasingame, Godmother & Auntie: Carrie Bell Raines, God daughters: Jacqueline (Walt) Knowlton, Olivia Crafter, God brother & God sisters: Charles (Addie) Raines, Priscilla (Fred) Bussey, Daughter-in-law Latrice Raines, Aunts: Mattie (Malachi) Fullwood, Lady Byrd Worthy, Fannie Mae Raines, Forever Sister: Henrietta Fagan, Fannie Lewis, Carolyn Raines, Lillian Harper, Doris Cox, Beatrice Stephens, Carrie Gibson, Geneva McDaniel, special Friend: James Ford and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Funeral is to conducted at Salem Baptist Church Hwy 80 (Salem) Culloden, Georgia. The Instate is from 11am til time for services.
Burial is to take place in Prater-Miller Cemetery located on Pleasant Grove Road. Culloden, Georgia
